We suffered significant wind and debris damage in a spring storm. We interviewed several contractors and landed on Renown because of their incredible customer service and professionalism. Our project manager, Rodney, handled every detail, coordinating subcontractors, insurance assessments, city inspections, and the dozens of elements we wouldn’t have thought of. He always had a great attitude and was prompt and professional every time we called. He advocated for us strongly, bringing insurance back out to inspect damage they had missed in the initial claim. He truly is amazing spokesperson for Renown. Tear down and rebuilding took several weeks; Rodney and his construction managers advised at every step and had no “surprises.” I wrote one check and everything was done correctly. We found one minor problem, advised Rodney, and his construction team was onsite the next morning to resolve. No delay, no questions, no fuss. Construction – especially involving insurance claims – is a big and tedious job to undertake. These guys understand how to build/repair AND they know how to work with customers. You won’t find a better team to do your work.

Coy Greathouse is the best! We had a lot of hail damage from the big hail storm in March. I had 4 companies out to assess the damage. Coy and Renown was the best company by far. Coy explained exactly what needed to be done and walked me through the process – answered all of my numerous questions and made sure I knew what to expect. I really trust him – he went above and beyond during the whole process. Renown worked with my insurance company to get all repairs approved in advance. My new roof looks fabulous. Will definitely use them again if we need a new roof in the future.
